The rooftop suite was perfect for a family with a huge terrace and fantastic view. Great park across the street and walking distance to Konstanz. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Option to choose still or sparkling water for the room. Comfortable bed. Shopping within walking distance. Quiet surroundings.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Secondly, the rooms were spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the lake. The attention to detail, especially the big mirror in the room, was commendable. Lastly, the breakfast included in the price was well worth it, with freshly made espresso and black coffee available. We couldn't have asked for a better value for money experience.

Clean modern hotel near Lake Constance and a short walk away from the German border & old town Konstanz.

Breakfast not included and was an extra 15 francs, which is not really worth it when you consider the standard swiss breakfast.

Great location and helpful staff. The hotel is within walking distance to both the town center and a beautiful park. it is close to the pier where boats for trips around Lake Constance can be boarded. The staff was friendly and always available to answer our questions. We particularly enjoyed the free LAN and mineral water in the room.

The shower room had no hooks to hang clothes or dressing gowns and the bedside lights were not bright enough for reading. However, these small issues didn't detract from our overall experience.

The hotel location is amazing, right by the lake side and very close to the park. The train station is also very close, which makes transportation very easy. Great location close to the lake and border with Germany, making it easy to explore both sides. The room was spacious with comfortable bedding and good shower. The breakfast was abundant with fresh items, including fruits, cereals, and cold cuts, and was served with espresso or black coffee made on the spot.

The wifi connection was only available in the bar area and not in the rooms, which was inconvenient. The glass wall dividing the bathroom from the room is unusual and may bother some guests with light and sound.
